krkya Terms and Conditions

General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the krkya platform and website krkya.cam. By accessing this platform, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have accepted all of the following terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using this platform.

krkya is an online gaming platform that provides slot games, live casino, sports betting and other gaming services for Bangladeshi users. These terms have been drawn up in accordance with Bangladeshi law and applicable regulations.

In addition to these terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy govern the use of the platform. These three documents together form the complete agreement with krkya users.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use gaming services on krkya, you must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is intended only for those aged 21 and above. We may request proof of age for verification at any time. Accounts belonging to underage users will be closed immediately and all deposited funds will be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each user may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same person, the same household, the same address, or the same device is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed immediately and all bonuses will be cancelled.

2.3 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing incorrect or false information will result in immediate account closure. To update your information, please contact the support team.

• You must provide your full legal name as it appears on your identity document.
• An active mobile number and email address are required.
• Payment accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) must be registered in your name.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

In certain cases we may request a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport or other official documents to verify your identity. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, withdrawals may be suspended or the account may be closed.

Account Security and Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account login details, password and personal PIN completely confidential. Under no circumstances should you share your login details with any third party.

• It is recommended that you log out after each transaction.
• Always log out after logging in from someone else's device.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.
• You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The accepted payment methods for depositing funds on krkya are: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300, which applies to all payment methods. The maximum deposit limit may vary subject to specific conditions.

• The payment account must be registered in the name of the account holder.
• Deposits through a third party are strictly prohibited.
• All transactions will be completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawal funds will only be sent to the payment account that was used at the time of deposit.

• All wagering requirements on active bonuses must be met before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification (KYC) is not completed.
• Additional verification may be required for unusual or suspicious transactions.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

krkya offers new users a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The following conditions apply to receive this bonus:

• A wagering requirement of 15 times the total of the bonus amount and the original deposit must be met.
• The bonus applies to the first deposit only.
• After claiming the bonus, the deposit amount cannot be withdrawn separately.
• Bonus rollover requirements may differ for specific games.

5.2 Ongoing Promotions

krkya regularly organises various promotional offers, tournaments and special events. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated on the offers page. General bonus policy:

• Bonuses are for use on your own account only and are not transferable.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Misuse of bonuses, or attempts to obtain bonuses through fake accounts or manipulation, will result in account closure.
• krkya reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

krkya's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier. VIP tiers and benefits are subject to change and krkya reserves the right to make the final decision on such matters.

Gaming Rules

All games available on the krkya platform are operated in a fair and transparent manner. The individual rules of game providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming and others) apply and are consistent with krkya's terms and conditions.

• Each game has its own rules, which are described within the game.
• Results of rounds completed due to a technical error are not valid — in such cases the bet will be refunded.
• krkya is not liable for any game losses caused by internet disconnection.
• Any attempt to manipulate or hack game results is strictly prohibited.
